Whats New?

Now you can have your reports in HTML format, or PDF. PDF requires a free download of Adobe Acrobat Reader (available here).

New “Health Summary” shows you everything the health person in your school needs to know on one page: Student contact information, allergies, recent office visits, any medications the student is on, and immunizations that have been completed. No other Student Management System will give you this much information with just one click.

New “Student Pictures”. Allows you to store student pictures for all students. You can even store multiple years of pictures, so you could have a different picture for each year that that student is in your school.

Batch Report Card Printing. Just select a grade, and print out all report cards for that entire grade! You can still print report cards one at a time should you wish.

User Management Improvement. Now you can disable a contact login with the click of a mouse, or change their password for them. You can also disable teacher logins (if a teacher has recently left your district, you wouldn't want them to still be able to login).

Easily add more Administrative Logins. Up until now, you were limited to just one administrative login. Due to constant requests, you can now quickly and easily add additional administrative logins.
